Mobil Porter DE45T ??         
Found this on the internet about this locomotive, cant verify accuracy: "Mobil Mining & Minerals Porter DE45T #2, Mulberry Phospate Museum FL 1994, blt 1942 c/n 7399, VA Chemical, exx USATC 7060". Sure looks similar to a GE 45 ton switcher.
